The Story
Stephen Rathje, Founder
Steve started his HVAC career back in 2008 where he learned from some of the best tradesmen in the thumb. As the years stacked up, so did the knowledge. An opportunity arose, and The Climate Doctor Heating & Cooling was born. Since then, he has been focusing on custom HVAC solutions geared towards the future of the industry.
